How the optional ITExamDeals Pass Practice Guarantee works, including eligibility requirements and the claim process.
What it is
On qualifying products, if you complete the published preparation requirements and still do not pass the official certification exam, you may be eligible for a refund. It is not an automatic promise and it does not apply to every product.
Typical requirements
A minimum number of completed mock exams, a minimum average score across those attempts, a minimum preparation period, a purchase inside the eligibility window, proof of your official exam attempt and result, and a claim submitted before the deadline.
Claim process
Open Refund Claims in your dashboard, choose the qualifying purchase, upload the required evidence and submit. You can track the status until it is approved or rejected.

Eligibility rules, refund percentage, required evidence and deadlines are set per product and shown on that product page. The refund policy governs any conflict.
