Standard refunds
Purchases may be refundable within the published window when the product has not been substantially consumed. The specific window and conditions are shown on each product page.
Pass Practice Guarantee
Where a product is marked as qualifying, a refund may be available if you met every published requirement and still did not pass the official exam. Requirements can include a minimum number of completed mock exams, a minimum average score, a preparation period, purchase-date limits, proof of your official exam attempt and a claim deadline.
How to claim
Submit a claim from your dashboard with the required evidence. Claims are reviewed and marked approved or rejected with a reason.
Not covered
Missed claim deadlines, unverifiable evidence, requirements that were not met, and purchases outside the eligibility window.
