How redemption works
After your payment is confirmed, we deliver the voucher details via WhatsApp or Telegram. You then redeem the voucher in the vendor scheduling flow (commonly via Pearson VUE for Microsoft exams). During booking, apply the voucher code/credit where the portal requests a voucher.
