Validity, expiry and rescheduling
Microsoft (and the scheduling partner you use) controls voucher redemption rules. After the voucher code is issued, the code may have a vendor-defined expiry window. You must redeem and book within that period.
Rescheduling is typically allowed through the scheduling portal, but only within vendor-defined windows. If you miss the cutoffs, you may need to book again under the voucher rules, subject to the vendor’s policy.
How delivery and redemption work
- Place your order and complete payment.
- After payment is confirmed, ITExamDeals delivers the exam voucher code over WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Redeem the code in the official Microsoft or Pearson VUE scheduling portal.
- Choose your exam appointment date and location (subject to UAE availability).
- Keep your confirmation details for the exam day process.
Important: The voucher is an exam credit, not a registration ticket. You still need to schedule the exam in the official portal after redeeming the code.

- AI Transformation Leader / AI Program Lead (senior)
- AI Product Owner or AI Strategy Lead (senior)

Prepare before you book
Before you redeem and lock your exam date, prepare using structured practice.
Start here: free mock exams. Running through a mock exam helps you identify topic gaps early. Passing a mock exam unlocks extra voucher discounts, so it’s a practical way to both prepare and potentially save on future ITExamDeals vouchers.
Your preparation plan should include:
- Review of AI transformation leadership topics (governance, adoption, delivery planning)
- Hands-on alignment to your experience (use cases, operationalization, stakeholder management)
- Focus on weak areas revealed by practice tests
Common mistakes to avoid
- Waiting too long: redeeming late can push you past vendor-controlled expiry.
- Skipping UAE eligibility checks: always confirm availability during scheduling.
- Studying without practice: leadership-focused exams require scenario-based understanding.
- Overconfidence from general AI knowledge: ensure you cover transformation and governance, not only ML basics.
- Ignoring rescheduling windows: understand the cutoffs in the scheduling portal before you book.
