How voucher redemption works
After your payment is confirmed, we deliver your voucher code via WhatsApp or Telegram. You then redeem it in the Pearson VUE exam scheduling portal by entering the voucher code during the booking flow. Once redeemed, your exam appointment is created under your Pearson VUE account with the details you choose (such as test center or remote options, where available).
